  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

1.2 Custom Orders:

  • Customized or made-to-order items may have a longer processing time. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, selected shipping method, and the weight of the items in your order.

2.2 Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on;
    • Orders over 100 Euros in EU Countries Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom 
    • Orders over 150 Euros in Canada, United States, Vatican City, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland.
    •  Orders over 180 Euros in Cypress and Turkey.
    •  Orders over 350 Euros in Japan, South Korea, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, 

3. Shipping Methods

3.1 Carrier:

  • We use PosteItaliane® and UPS®, dpd® BRT and DHL® for our shipments.

3.2 Shipping Options:

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping which means you will receive your order up to 7 business days after your order is being processed.

4. Shipping Destinations

4.1 Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship to addresses within Italy.

4.2 International Shipping:

  • International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
